* This is an *accelerated position* that puts you on the fast track to become a Senior Underwriter
* This position requires full-time, on-site attendance in Pontiac, MI
*WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING*
* Provide elite service to internal and external clients
* Manage multiple priorities while building rapport with clients
* Collect, review and examine an applicant’s financial history and records
* Perform risk assessment reports
* Analyze clients financial statements and identify effective alternatives to their application
* Make loan approval decisions
* Maintain knowledge of and adhere to investor guidelines, state and federal underwriting lending policies and the required documentation
* Keep up with changes and adaptations as they occur
* Communicate with clients on loan conditions and statuses via phone or video message

* Bachelor's degree *graduating May 2024* (_or within last 9 months_)
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Complex rationale and problem-solving skills
