This group, founded over a decade ago by highly successful industry executives and proven investors, focuses on control equity investments in midstream and energy infrastructure businesses with a buy-and-build strategy. This individual will have full life cycle responsibility across investment and portfolio management in a long-term position with partnership track.
Qualified candidates will have either:
- 1-3 years' investment banking and/or buyside experience with an energy, industrials or related focus and significant M&A exposure
- 2-4 years' corporate development and strategy experience within a midstream or energy related operating company with proven experience supporting the c-suite in buy or sell-side transactions
