This is a permanent, full-time opportunity. Role is hybrid with a minimum 2 days per week in-office.Fundamental Responsibilities AreManaging all aspects of employment litigation, including case analysis, strategy development, budgeting, and overall case managementCounseling to clients on a wide range of employment-related issues. Preparing pleadings, motions, and responses to written discovery, including e-discovery;Attending depositions, hearings, motions, and mediations, while providing trial preparation and attending trials when necessary;Ideal candidate will have 5-7 years of substantive experience in employment law and be admitted to the California Bar. Exceptional legal writing, communication skills, vibrant interpersonal skills couple with the ability to thrive in a team environment are essential.. Must also be able to manage multiple clients, meeting litigation deadlines and effectively handling competing priorities.
