PA/NP - Ambulatory Cardiology - Grand Rapids & Greenville, Michigan Join our growing Corewell Health Cardiovascular Medicine team We’re seeking a full‑time, highly motivated Advanced Practice Provider (APP) to provide exceptional outpatient cardiovascular care at our Bradford and Greenville clinic locations. The ideal candidate has experience in providing cardiovascular clinical care. The APP will partner with our physicians and care team to manage a variety of cardiovascular conditions, emphasizing quality, compassion, and patient‑centered care. Qualifications Nurse Practitioner Qualifications Required: Master’s Degree; Nurse Practitioner program accredited by the Commission on the Collegiate of Nursing Education or the National League for Nursing Accrediting Commission. 3 years of current, relevant clinical experience. Previous experience functioning in a collaborative Nurse Practitioner role. Licensure: LIC‑Nurse Practitioner – State of Michigan. Credential: BLS (Basic Life Support). Credential: NRPN (Neonatal Resuscitation Program). Credential: PALS (Pediatric Advanced Life Support). Physician Assistant Qualifications Required: Master’s Degree; graduate of an accredited Physician Assistant educational program. Licensure: LIC‑Physician Assistant – State of Michigan. Credential: PA‑C (Physician Assistant‑Certified) – NCCPA. Credential: BLS (Basic Life Support). Credential: PALS (Pediatric Advanced Life Support). Credential: NRPN (Neonatal Resuscitation Program).
