Responsibilities Primarily performing and assisting with image-guided procedures: Central venous catheter placement, visceral tube management (including but not limited to gastrostomy, nephrostomy, cholecystostomy), paracentesis/thoracentesis, etc. Inpatient consultation and management of VIR patients Outpatient consultation and follow-up through the VIR outpatient clinic. Qualifications Nurse Practitioner: Masters-prepared graduate of an accredited school of nursing and Nurse Practitioner program. Current MN RN and APRN license and certification as an FNP or ANP. Physician Assistant: Graduate of accredited Physician Assistant program with current PA certification by NCCPA and registration as a PA by the MN State Board of Medical Practice. BLS certification and DEA registration required. Additional Qualifications 2 years' experience preferred. New graduates may be considered.
