Massachusetts Registered Nurse (Full-time or Part-Time)


Based in Massachusetts, the nonprofit facility is dedicated to enhancing the quality of life for seniors through a comprehensive continuum of care. Their services encompass independent living, assisted living, memory care, rehabilitation, and long-term chronic care, providing tailored support to meet the diverse needs of seniors. The facility is located in Roslindale, MA with additional opportunities in Dedham, MA

The facility is also open to hiring RNs that are open to full time, or part time shifts.

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure safe and professional nursing practice within established standards and HSL core competencies, maintaining accountability for assigned patients in a primary nursing model.
  • Collaborate with the clinical support team, adhere to best practices, and implement evidence-based interventions for optimal patient outcomes.
  • Document accurately in the electronic medical record, delegate/supervise clinical care, and participate in shared governance and performance improvement projects.


Qualifications:

  • Active Massachusetts RN license
  • Must be professional, proactive, and collaborative
  • Demonstrates empathy and compassion in providing patient care
