Responsibilities:

Perform preventative maintenance on all equipment to appropriate specifications.
Inspect, analyze, troubleshoot, diagnose, and perform repairs for all equipment.
Work on pickups, heavy trucks, trailers, turf equipment, and a variety of small equipment and compact diesel equipment.
Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
Proactively assist our staff in achieving the organization's goals.
Order parts and maintain a cost-conscious inventory of operating supplies for field staff and daily shop operations.
Assist in maintaining our facilities.
Be cost-conscious.
Keep our fleet and staff running profitably, safely, and efficiently.
Be a team player and work independently when needed.
Be open to new training opportunities and certifications to better themselves and those around them.
Requirements:

Requirements
Ability to read and understand repair manuals.
Completed high school, GED, or a combination of training and/or experience.
A valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
Entry-level knowledge of vehicle systems and basic vehicle and equipment maintenance experience.
Diesel equipment experience is preferred.
Ability to schedule, organize, and prioritize.
