Gastroenterologist opportunity in Lafayette, IndianaLocated 60 miles from IndianapolisFull-time, permanentEmployedWHAT WE NEED:Ideal candidate will have ERCP and EUS experience, a strong focus on clinical excellence and patient satisfaction. Candidate will display exceptional interpersonal skills and desire to develop strong ties with the community and build long lasting relationships with patients. Physician will need to work collaboratively with existing medical staff to coordinate and deliver the highest quality of patient care.WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT:Clinic hours: Monday Friday, 8:00 a.m. 5:00 p.m.Physician takes 24/7 call, 1 week every 6 weeksWeekend Call: 1 Weekend every 6 weeksHoliday: 1:6Average outpatient volume: 15 18 patients per dayAverage inpatient volume: variesGreat support staff of RNs & MAsStrong mentorship available from physicians in practiceHealth network is one of the largest Catholic health care systems in the Midwest and has a number of nationally recognized Centers of Health Care Excellence.The AMA has designated Indiana as one of the nations top physician friendly states due to its favorable malpractice status.
