Investigate component issues and execute root‑cause analysis with corrective action support. Support or manage project tasks related to engineering change execution and production incorporation. Execute development tasks aligned with Collins engineering standard work. Interface with component suppliers and integrated product development team members (chief engineers, systems engineers, program management, etc.). What You Will Learn Critical features and operation of turbine engine control systems. Detailed knowledge of design, development, and sustainment phases of aerospace products. Root‑cause analysis and corrective action processes and techniques. Project task management in a fast‑paced environment. Qualifications You Must Have High School Diploma or equivalent, and currently pursuing a Bachelor's or advanced degree in an applicable discipline. U.S. citizenship required. Qualifications We Prefer Strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work independently and within a team. Proficiency with Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project). Salary and Benefits Salary range: $37,000 – $82,000 per year.
