Position Description
Epic Special Education Staffing is partnering with an exceptional school district who is looking for a contract Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant for the 2023-2024 school year.
- Location: Avondale, AZ
- Duration: Immediately - March 18, 2024
- Onsite or Virtual: On-Site
- Full or Part Time: Full Time
- Schedule: 32 hours/week
- Grade/Age Levels: Pre-school to 8th-grade
- Caseload Description: Approximately 77 students

- Hourly pay is based on national averages and will vary based on location, experience, qualifications and local or travel positions.

Qualifications
The minimum qualifications for an Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant (COTA):
- 1 year of verifiable, professional experience as an COTA within the last 3 years (may include residency or clinical practicum)
- Valid COTA credential/license or in process in the state of practice
- IVP Fingerprint Clearance Card (or in process)
- Employees must be legally authorized to work in the United States and will be asked for proof upon hire. We are unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment Visa at this time.
