Veteran?owned consulting firm based in Washington, DC, seeks Project Managers for a temporary assignment with the District of Columbia Department of Health. Executive Summary HRUCKUS is looking for experienced Project Managers to provide temporary staff support services to the DC Department of Health. Position Description Project Managers coordinate, execute, and complete projects. Responsibilities scale with seniority: Level I focuses on planning and executing specific objectives; Level II oversees all project aspects; Level III directly supervises large, complex projects. Responsibilities Level I: Plan, execute, and finalize project objectives within deadlines and budget; acquire resources and coordinate team and contractors; define objectives and monitor quality throughout the lifecycle. Level II: Oversee all aspects of projects, set deadlines, assign responsibilities, manage timelines, monitor and summarize progress in status reports, develop and implement QA processes. Level III: Directly supervise large and complex projects, set/manage timelines, deadlines, budgets, delegate responsibilities to junior PMs, maintain high-level communication with contractors and clients regarding budgets, staffing, scheduling, and ensure deliverables are met on time and within budget. Requirements 3 to 8+ years of experience managing large, complex projects, including budget and staff management. Experience in planning and executing projects, coordinating resources, and monitoring quality control. Ability to oversee all project aspects, manage timelines, and develop QA processes. Proven experience managing large, complex projects with high-level client communication (Level III).
