P **rincipal Duties and Responsibilities:**
* Take direction to accomplish or exceed company goals relative to safety, quality and productivity
* Participate as an active team member by willingly responding to the need to maintain efficient work flow as directed
* Read production documents and drawings to perform assembly tasks per established processes.
* Operate hand tools, power tools, electronic testing equipment, jigs, and fixtures to produce product per specifications
* Identify inferior parts and notify Coordinator, Lead or Quality
* Keep workstations and area clean and organized
* Performs packing tasks such as placing finished assemblies into boxes and securing the material in the boxes with the appropriate packing materials
* Other duties as assigned
**Job Specifications:**
