Base pay range $120,000.00/yr - $160,000.00/yr I am currently working with a National Firm based in Atlanta who are actively seeking Associate level candidates to join as they look to make expansion hires in their Insurance Defense Practice. The Role 💼 Insurance Defense Caseload: Provide counsel on various Liability claims, advising clients on compliance with state‑specific regulations and complex legal requirements; across Premises, Product, General and Auto related cases Litigation & Case Management: Support senior attorneys in handling intricate litigation and accident insurance matters, managing key aspects of a dynamic caseload. Client Representation: Advocate for clients in construction and workplace dispute matters, ensuring strict adherence to accident insurance policies and regulatory obligations.
