What You’ll Do Define and execute on the technical vision and architecture for systems serving millions of digital minds. Build and lead the engineering organization to a standard of excellence—establish technical precision practices and foster an ownership-driven culture where engineers proactively solve problems. Drive engineering execution—consistently ship high-quality systems quickly, balancing speed and durability. Partner cross-functionally with product, design, and leadership to align strategy and deliver ambitious roadmaps. Raise the bar: mentor leaders, establish a world-class engineering culture, and ensure Delphi remains a magnet for top talent. What You Bring 7+ years of engineering experience, with 2+ years leading teams of 10+ engineers in a hyper-growth, high-expectation environment. A proven track record of building teams and shipping large-scale, high-impact systems. Executive communication skills: can translate between technical and non-technical audiences. First-principles thinker, comfortable navigating ambiguity and inventing new playbooks. Ability to build an ownership-driven engineering culture where teams consistently exceed expectations, beat deadlines, and take complete responsibility for their domains.
