*Job Description:*

Our Outside Sales Representatives are members of the sales team have the primary duty of making sales for the company. Customarily and regularly engaged at customers’ homes and away from the company’s place of business. You will collaborate with customers, foreman, crew members, and other parts of the organization to create a 5-star experience. You will support the company’s management, purpose, mission, and values. You will be provided with extraordinary training and continuous career growth within our company.

*What you’ll do:*
* Drives to customers’ homes on pre-scheduled appointments.
* Builds rapport with customer and determines their desired outcomes.
* Carefully examines the customer’s home to provide an accurate diagnosis of the issues.
* Provides necessary recommendations to the customer that will resolves such issues.
* Closes the sale with customer.
* Follows up with a remarkable experience.
* Meets or exceeds his/ her projected monthly Average Dollar Per Lead.
* Attends the weekly sales meeting and other required meetings.
* Is an ambassador for the company’s culture and purpose.
* Regular, reliable on-site attendance.

*Physical Requirements:*
* Lifting a minimum of 60lbs.
* Working in confined workspaces that may require crawling, kneeling, crouching.
* Standing for extended periods of time.
* Carrying, climbing, pulling, sitting, stooping.
* Ability to drive a vehicle.
* Ability to withstand working in different weather environments including extreme cold and heat.
* Detect/ recognize information in written materials and on computer screens.
* Communicate accurately on the telephone and in person with others.

*Successful candidates will have:*
* Knowledge of sales, marketing, and/ or customer service principles and practices.
* Knowledge of construction principles and practices preferred.
* Skill in operating a personal computer and programs.
* Strong presentation skills.

* Georgetown, DE: Relocate before starting work (Required)
