Details & requirements for this opportunity:

Schedule: Monday - Friday; 8-10 hour shifts 35-40 hours per week, no call/weekends **will rotate evenly between locations**
Job Setting: Surgical Hospital
Types of Cases: Urology, Orthopedics, Bariatrics, Endoscopy, Plastics, No neurology (occasional orthopedic spine)
Credentialing Timeframe: 60 days
Electronic Medical Record (EMR): Paper charting for anesthesia
Board Certification, Active Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS), Basic Life Support (BLS), Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS), and Active State License/CSR required.
