About the role As a Store Manager, you will lead the customer and associate experiences in your store. You are empowered to drive a profitable business by focusing on customer experience, operational performance, visual standards, and strong community engagement. Hire and build an effective store team through training, coaching, and talent development. Create an inclusive store environment for associates where everyone feels welcome and engaged. Develop a strong operational dynamic within the team to achieve store goals. Promote in-store community events and philanthropic partnerships. Use tools and reporting to oversee store profitability, effective budgeting, and payroll. Analyze reporting to develop short and long-term retail plans. Manage the day-to-day operations of the store, including opening and closing.
