As one of our Housekeepers your day is all about the shine Being enthusiastic about the appearance of our common areas is your passion You play a supporting role in the upkeep of the property. You are energetic, devoted, happy-go-lucky and a good sport with incredible attention to detail

So, here are a few of the things that we believe are essential to being the best **Housekeeper** there is:

* Having the ability to ensure common areas are clean

* Perform additional duties requested by the Property Manager and/or Maintenance Supervisor

* Provide excellent customer service to all prospective and existing residents and your teammates

* Ability to adapt to new technology

***Here are some of the things you have already conquered***

* You have some cleaning and/or maintenance skills

* You like physical activities that require body movement and strength

* You are proficient in writing, speaking and understanding the English language

* You are able to use a computer
