Meeting sales targets and earning your commission happen with the power of AT&T’s full suite of products – the latest devices and personalized services that bring friends, families and communities closer together.ResponsibilitiesUse a consultative sales approach to guide customers through their options, applying a drive and passion for helping people.Participate in community events, fill online orders, and make outbound calls to existing and potential customers.Work a schedule between 9 am and 9 pm, including weekends; monthly seniority‑based schedules are available two weeks in advance.Adapt quickly in a fast‑paced environment, staying flexible and open to change to meet evolving technology and customers’ needs.Create meaningful connections with every customer and help them choose the products and services that best fit their lives.Meet sales targets and earn commissions through the uncapped commission structure.QualificationsPrior retail or customer‑facing sales experience is a plus.No prior sales experience? Training, tools, coaching, and support are provided to help you meet and exceed goals.Excellent communication skills and a genuine passion for helping people.Self‑motivated, goal‑oriented, and able to thrive in a dynamic, fast‑paced environment.Schedule & HoursWeekly Hours: 40Time Type: RegularLocation: USA:IL:Chicago:9505 S Western Ave:RET/RETCompensation & BenefitsSalary range: $40,000 to $63,000 (includes hourly rate and uncapped commission opportunities for top sellers).
