*Job Responsibilities: *
* Performs comprehensive assessments by interpreting multiple, sometimes conflicting, data sets and synthesizing their interrelationships.
* Formulates individualized plans of care based on assessment findings and interpreting trends in patient populations to achieve best practice.
* Supports and empowers patients/families as they progress through the healthcare continuum from health promotion to end of life decisions.

*Additional Requirements: *
* *Work schedule*: 2x12's or 3x'12s, Day Shift (7am-7pm) or Night Shift (7pm-7am)
* *Education*: BSN or ADN (If ADN: must complete/obtain BSN within 24 months of start date)
* *Experience*: Minimum of 1 year of Registered Nurse clinical experience in the acute care setting. _Prefer minimum 1 year of RN experience within IMCU/PCU/Cardiac Telemetry_
* *Certification*: BLS from the American Heart Association & VA RN license
