The OpportunityWe're looking for a high-performing Territory Sales Manager—someone with leadership-level experience who thrives as an individual contributor and is eager to make rewarding compensation doing what they love. This is a rare opportunity for an overqualified sales pro who wants to own a territory, build relationships with high-end builders and architects, and help redefine what’s possible in residential and commercial design. You will be furnished with quality warm leads in addition to developing the territory through prospecting. This is a full-time, hybrid role based in the Los Angeles area, offering a mix of in-person client interaction, showroom presentations, and work-from-home flexibility. What You’ll Do Own and grow your territory through company generated and proactive lead generation/strategic outreach Develop deep, consultative relationships with builders, architects, and homeowners Conduct compelling product demonstrations and close high-value deals Represent Panoramic Doors at trade shows and industry events Collaborate with marketing to drive demand and refine messaging Operate with autonomy while enjoying strong team support Who You Are A confident sales closer with a track record of sales success Experienced in building strategies and relationships that drive long-term growth Comfortable in fast-paced, high-touch, high-reward environments An excellent communicator, negotiator, and problem-solver Construction or home improvement experience is a major plus Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field preferred If you’re ready to stop managing and start winning again, this is your stage.
