Base pay range $115,000.00/yr - $140,000.00/yr Responsibilities Lead Annual Planning Process (April–November): Develop and deliver the financial plan for U.S. Technology, converting initiative-level budgets into per-restaurant pricing for Tech Investment line items. Includes creating communication package and assisting in socialization/roadshow efforts with external stakeholders (M-Tech Board, Owner/Operators). Manage Forecasting & Variance Analysis: Maintain accurate projections throughout the year, ensuring alignment with plan and responsible use of O/O funds. Stakeholder Engagement: Serve as primary finance partner for 25+ budget owners, including Senior Directors and Directors, providing insights and guidance. Funding Model Oversight: Manage monthly invoicing to Owner/Operators, true‑up processes, and integration of additional funding sources (capital allocations, OPNAD, Global Technology). Initiative‑Level Planning: Support Total Cost of Ownership methodology by planning at the product/project level and rolling up to Tech Investment line items. Governance & Reporting: Prepare financial reports and presentations for senior leadership and external stakeholders. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field. 5+ years of experience in FP&A or financial management roles. Exceptional communication and relationship management skills. Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, high‑visibility environment. Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with attention to detail. Proven ability to manage complex budgets and multiple stakeholders. Advanced proficiency in Excel and financial planning systems (e.g. PowerBI). Preferred Qualifications CPA, CFA, MBA, or equivalent advanced degree.
