We are seeking a motivated, professional, and experienced Sales Specialist to join our growing team and manage a key territory in South West Florida. This is an exceptional opportunity for a driven sales professional. We provide warm, pre-qualified leads through our extensive online and offline marketing efforts, allowing you to focus on what you do best: consulting with clients and closing sales. Your Role and Responsibilities As a Field Sales Specialist, you will be the face of Dameasy Corporation to prospective clients. Your primary responsibility will be to meet with residential and commercial property owners, educate them on our solutions, and secure new business. Your day-to-day activities will include: Consultative Selling: Meet with pre-qualified leads at their properties to conduct on‑site flood‑risk assessments. Product Demonstration: Effectively demonstrate our physical flood protection products, showcasing their features and benefits. Proposal Management: Prepare and present detailed, accurate proposals and quotes tailored to each client’s specific needs. Sales Closure: Diligently follow up on all quotes and inquiries to close sales and achieve monthly targets. CRM Management: Maintain accurate and timely records of all sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline status in our company CRM (Go High Level). Qualifications and Requirements Must‑Haves: Experience: 3‑5 years of proven success in an outside sales, in‑home sales, or B2C field sales role. License & Transportation: A valid driver's license, a clean driving record, and reliable personal transportation for daily travel within the territory. Location: Must currently reside within the South West Florida territory. Skills: A self‑motivated, results‑driven professional with an empathetic and consultative approach to sales. Excellent time management, organizational, and communication skills are essential. Pre‑employment screening: All candidates must be willing to undergo a pre‑employment background check and driving record check. Nice‑to‑Haves: Industry Experience: Previous experience in construction, home improvement, disaster restoration, public adjusting, or insurance is a significant plus. Language: Bilingual (English/Spanish) is highly desirable. Tech‑Savvy: Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Go High Level or an equivalent).
