Printers are the artery by which orders turn into food. As part of Square's F&B Service team, you'll have the opportunity to revolutionize how restaurants interact with critical printer infrastructure and systems, optimizing for easy configuration and troubleshooting.We're looking for a Senior Product Manager to lead the strategy and execution of Printer Routing and Configuration, one of Square’s top priorities. In this role, you'll shape how sellers get started, operate, and troubleshoot printers. You'll work closely with Engineering and Design to deliver a best-in-class, intuitive printer experience that allows sellers to print what they want, where they want, and when they want.You WillOwn and drive the vision, strategy, and execution for the printer configuration teamWork closely with restaurant owners and operators to deeply understand their processes, problems, and use cases across the complexity spectrumLead the development of scalable, enterprise-grade features that help restaurants manage complex restaurant operations across multiple channelsCollaborate with teams across Square (Product Marketing, Hardware, Customer Support, Account Management) to ensure our solutions are well-designed and well-supportedDrive alignment across multiple stakeholder teams and influence product direction at the executive levelUse data and customer insights to make informed product decisions and measure successYou HaveExperience: 8+ years of product management experience with demonstrated success in building complex enterprise software products.Vision: You've successfully developed and executed product strategies that have transformed how businesses operate at scale. You can articulate a compelling long-term vision while breaking it down into actionable milestones.Technical Leadership: You have experience leading complex technical initiatives involving multiple stakeholders and system integrations.
