Job Title: Inside Sales/Account ManagerIntroduction:The Inside Sales/Account Manager position at Kaddas Enterprises is critical in building communication and relationships with our customers. The role involves ensuring customer satisfaction with our products, tracking various sales metrics, and meeting product deadlines.Responsibilities (Essential):- Serve as the primary point of contact and build long-term relationships with customers.- Support customers through email, phone, online presentations, screen-share, and in-person meetings.- Develop trusted advisor relationships with key accounts, customer stakeholders, and executive sponsors.- Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our products according to customer needs and objectives.- Clearly communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders.- Forecast and track key account metrics.- Continuously expand job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities: reading professional publications, maintaining personal networks, participating in professional organizations, etc.- Enhance the department and organization's reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests and exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.- Keep clients satisfied and deliver exceptional service on a day-to-day basis.- Monitor and analyze customers' usage of our product.- Work with the Regional Sales team to onboard and integrate new clients and develop existing client relationships.- Liaise between the customer and internal teams, including engineering, accounts payable, and operations.- Support all Regional Sales Managers with samples and quotes.- Perform any other duties as assigned by leadership.Skills/Qualifications (Essential):- Proven account management or other relevant experience.- Ability to present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization, including executive and C-level.- Experience in delivering client-focused solutions based on customer needs.- Ability to manage multiple projects at a time while paying strict attention to detail.- Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation skills.- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.- Expertise in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Apps, Salesforce, and help desk support software.- Self-motivated and able to thrive in a results-driven environment.- Natural relationship builder with integrity, reliability, and maturity.- Ability to work within a team.- Ability to prioritize and manage time effectively among competing tasks/projects.- Critical thinking and problem-solving skills.Schedule and Environment Overview (Essential):- Exempt- Monday - Friday - Hours TBD- Work is to be performed on-site at the company location.- Working conditions consist of long periods of sitting at a desk/computer, with occasional walking to/from both buildings.
