The RN delegates those interventions that may be performed by others, supervises as appropriate, assists in maintaining a safe environment for the rendering of effective nursing care, provides education to patients, and families, and collaborates with other health professionals in the planning and management of health care. # Graduate of an approved Nursing program is#required. 1#3 years previous nursing experience preferred. 1-year of previous experience in mental health nursing preferred Basic Dysrhythmia is#preferred or obtained before completion of orientation. Crisis Prevention Institute (CPI) training is preferred or obtained before completion of#orientation. * 1-3 years previous nursing experience preferred.
