Base pay range $300,000.00/yr - $345,000.00/yr Sr Executive Recruiter at S+H SEARCH - DALLAS, TX / DENVER, CO The ideal candidate will be responsible for financial strategy, financial planning and analysis, financial reports, company audits, compliance, bank relationships/treasury, investor relations, and risk management. They will lead the finance and accounting team while partnering closely with other leaders to align financial outcomes with company strategy. The candidate will possess a strong background in finance and management and will have extensive experience working as a CFO or VP of Finance in a fast‑paced, high‑growth public company. Responsibilities Create and present financial and tax strategy recommendations to CEO Support the financial planning and analysis efforts Oversee cash flow, cash management, working capital, and company audits Prepare financial statements and reports Ensure legal compliance on all financial functions Manage relationships with banks Qualifications Master’s degree in finance, accounting, or an MBA. Minimum of 15 years of progressive financial leadership experience. Previous experience as a CFO or VP of Finance in a fast‑paced, high‑growth public company. Prior experience in fostering and managing investor relations for a public company. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. Relatable, charismatic, and approachable demeanor, with the ability to connect with a globally diverse audience. Strong financial modeling, forecasting, and analytical skills. Previous M&A experience. The ability to travel domestically and internationally as required for business needs.
