Base pay range $125,000.00/yr - $175,000.00/yr Commercial Service Manager Location: Murgado Ford & Lincoln of Chicago – Chicago, IL Schedule: Full‑Time | Exempt About Us Murgado Ford & Lincoln of Chicago is a premier dealership committed to delivering exceptional service and building lasting relationships with our commercial clients. We’re seeking a strategic and experienced Commercial Service Manager to lead our service department and drive operational excellence. Responsibilities Manage and grow relationships with commercial and fleet clients Develop service strategies to improve efficiency and profitability Lead, train, and support service staff Monitor performance metrics and implement improvements Collaborate with internal teams to meet service goals Identify new business opportunities and expand service capabilities Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business, Automotive Technology, or related field (preferred) 5+ years of automotive service management experience, ideally in a commercial/fleet setting Strong leadership and communication skills Proven ability to drive results and manage budgets Benefits Competitive compensation Growth opportunities Supportive team environment Work with a respected brand in a thriving market EEO Statement Murgado Automotive Group is an equal opportunity employer.
