Summary

Responsibilities

  • Utilize working knowledge and skills acquired through formal education or previous work experience.
  • Operate within established procedures under moderate supervision.
  • Identify and assess problems and relevant issues in straightforward situations using standard procedures; make decisions based on factual information.
  • Contribute to product quality improvement, ensuring consumer safety, and promoting efficiency through robust scientific practices while developing consumer-focused products, processes, and packaging.
  • Ensure compliance with the organization's Quality Assurance (QA) standards, international standards, and government regulations.
  • Establish quantitative measurements and techniques for quality assessment and drive continuous improvement.
  • Conduct process quality audits and maintain inspection records.
  • Define and specify activities, processes, and standards to meet the quality requirements for manufactured materials, components, or products.
  • Build and maintain infrastructure and systems to ensure the consistent, timely delivery of quality products.
  • Audit, monitor, and assess the quality of manufacturing processes and outputs against internal and regulatory standards.
  • Report and troubleshoot manufacturing process deviations and defects in finished goods.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or current enrolment in a related field, preferably in Science or a technical discipline.
  • Preferably 1 year of industry experience with a focus on documentation and trend analysis.
  • 1-3 years of quality-related experience, including intermediate-level problem-solving and corrective action capabilities.
