This role gives you a chance to shape what’s next while learning, growing, and belonging.Work RequirementsOn‑site at an SAP office or client location three days per week in alignment with our return‑to‑office policy.Relocation: not offered at this time.Visa sponsorship: not offered at this time.What You’ll DoComplete a 12‑month learn‑apply program that blends classroom phases, field work with a customer‑facing field team, and on‑the‑job training.Immerse yourself in digital transformation, global intelligence, human skills, business and technology acumen, solution/industry knowledge, and strategy/tools/process.Receive onboarding in your local market with mentoring by a senior PM professional. You will work both behind the scenes and directly with customers.After the program you will transition into a direct customer‑facing Delivery Excellence Analyst role and continue to receive mentoring and coaching.What You BringBachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Business Administration with an emphasis on Finance, Project Management, or related.0–3 years of corporate work experience with SAP technologies, project coordination, and delivery support, including tracking, reporting, and process improvement.Proficient in Microsoft Excel (or comparable tools) with an analytical, detail‑or mindset and experience managing data‑driven reporting.A curious and agile mindset, passion for learning, and resilience to adapt in a fast‑paced, evolving environment.Strong problem‑solving and creative thinking skills, ability to collaborate across teams, and communicate ideas clearly and effectively.Emotional intelligence and cultural awareness that support inclusive teamwork and thoughtful stakeholder engagement.A growing foundation in business acumen and emerging technologies—especially artificial intelligence—paired with a results‑oriented approach and courage to take initiative.Program ContextThe SAP Next Gen Academy for Services & Consulting is a 12‑month development program that builds a foundation in consulting, project management, technical, and solution support to prepare you for success in Customer Services and Delivery.Equal Employment OpportunityQualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to age, race, religion, national origin, ethnicity, gender, sexual orientation, gender identity, protected veteran status, or disability.
