About the Role
As a CNA, you will be responsible for providing high-quality resident care and services that meet their personal needs and ensure their comfort. This includes performing various activities such as bathing, dressing, hygiene, and grooming, following established care plans.
You will also interact with residents, family members, and staff in a non-judgmental and supportive manner. Additionally, you will demonstrate knowledge, skills, and techniques for caring for residents with therapeutic, neuro, and dementia needs, as well as those requiring dialysis, IV therapy, infectious disease, and wound care.
We offer a competitive salary of $20 per hour and a comprehensive benefits package, including opportunities for career growth and development.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
A high school diploma or equivalent
An active Certified Nursing Assistant certification obtained through a state-approved training program and examination
