As a Digital Travel Consultant, you will have the opportunity to assist a diverse range of clients, including major corporations, engaged couples, families, sports teams, solo travelers, and more. Your primary responsibility will be to provide expert guidance and support in accommodation planning, ensuring that each client's travel experience exceeds their expectations.

**Responsibilities:**

Communicate with clients via digital platforms (email, chat, video calls) to understand their travel requirements and preferences Offer personalized recommendations and solutions for accommodation options based on client needs, budget, and desired experiences Conduct thorough research to identify suitable accommodations, considering factors such as location, amenities, accessibility, and pricing Assist clients in making reservations, managing bookings, and securing any additional services required Provide exceptional customer service by promptly addressing client inquiries, concerns, and requests throughout the travel planning process Stay updated on industry trends, travel regulations, and destination information to provide accurate and up-to-date advice to clients Requirements: Previous experience in the travel industry or a similar customer service role is preferred Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively interact with clients in a digital environment Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail Familiarity with travel booking platforms, reservation systems, and online travel resources Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines Legal permanent resident of the USA, Mexico, or Australia with a reliable internet connection and access to a computer, tablet, or smartphone Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
