Role Description

This is a full-time role for a Litigation Paralegal located in Fort Lauderdale, FL, with flexibility for some remote work. The Litigation Paralegal will perform day-to-day tasks such as legal document preparation, document review, legal research, pleadings, and motions. They will work closely with attorneys to ensure efficient case management and successful outcomes.

Qualifications

• Experience in legal document preparation and document review
• Strong research skills to support case preparation
• Ability to draft pleadings and motions
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and legal software
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in work
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Paralegal Studies or related field
• Experience with e-discovery and trial preparation is a plus
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with clients and opposing counsel
