Position Title: MANAGER, OPERATIONS Salary: $115,000 - $120,000 Pay Grade: 15 ESFM is the corporate facilities management (FM) division of Compass Group USA, a Gold-level Corporate Sustaining Partner of the International Facility Management Association (IFMA), and a Platinum Corporate Member of the Association of Energy Engineers (AEE). ESFM self-performs 80% of all FM services provided to clients. Our portfolio of solution categories includes Facilities Maintenance & Engineering, ESG Programming, Laboratory Support Services, Janitorial & Industrial Cleaning, Landscaping & Grounds Management, Workplace Solutions and Managed Services. ESFM’s clients include many household names from the life sciences, technology, oil & gas and manufacturing markets. Job Summary The Operations Manager supervises the overall success of the operation adhering to the Client’s culture and guidelines, the Health Department’s regulations, and Company standards and expectations of food quality, freshness and presentation. Oversees all new Café openings. Manages all pre-opening schedules. Analyzes the Café financials. Maintains and teaches a good work ethic. Motivates, trains, develops and directs all staff to accomplish the goals and objectives of the operation to the satisfaction of the customers. Solves problems professionally, rapidly and fairly. Maintains a working relationship with client.
