The Sr. Manager (Lead), Product Innovation supports the execution of McKesson’s enterprise innovation strategy by managing the day-to-day operations of innovation projects and programs. Reporting to the Senior Director of Product Innovation, the Manager of Product Innovation is responsible for coordinating cross-functional teams, tracking project milestones, and ensuring timely delivery of pilots, proof of concepts, and minimum viable products. This role plays a critical part in operationalizing innovation efforts, applying structured methodologies, and maintaining alignment with strategic goals. The position requires strong organizational skills, stakeholder engagement, and a working knowledge of innovation frameworks and digital tools.**Critical Skills:*** 5+ years of experience in product, venture, innovation, strategy, or program management roles.* Experience managing cross-functional projects with multiple stakeholders.* Familiarity with digital product development and agile delivery practices.* Exposure to healthcare or regulated industries preferred.**Specialized Knowledge/Skills:*** Strong organizational and project management skills.* Working knowledge of innovation tools and frameworks.* Proficiency in collaboration platforms (e.g., Miro, Jira, Confluence, Smartsheet).* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.* Ability to manage ambiguity and drive clarity in fast-paced environments.
