The role is responsible for understanding the business, and delivering exceptional employee and labor relations service to internal customers and other key stakeholders. This position makes an impact to the corporation by building effective relationships which enable the navigation of complex organizational dynamics and the facilitation of organizational change.Job ResponsibilitiesBuilds and maintains strong working relationships with company and union leadership in generation and distribution operations business areasSupports corporate business unit goals in compliance with HR policies, practices and procedures as well as within state and federal laws for represented and non-represented employeesParticipates in union negotiations and administration of collective bargaining agreements with local union(s)Interprets labor contract provisions and past practices to support the day-to-day activities of the business unitsProvides consultation related to investigations, employment agency complaints, corrective actions, performance improvement plans, grievances, time away from work, ADA and Workers CompensationDelivers training on HR policies and procedures, and provides policy recommendations to ensure compliance with labor laws and collective bargaining agreement provisionsMinimum QualificationsBachelor's Degree in HR Management or other applicable discipline2+ years' experience in an HR support/analytical roleProject leadership experienceStrong technical understanding of HR subject matter and practicesStrong analytical skillsPreferred Qualifications5+ years' experience in an HR Generalist or HR Business Partner role in a union environmentStrong communication (written and verbal) and problem solving skillsExperience interpreting collective bargaining agreements, participating in union negotiations, processing grievances, etc.Proficient in Microsoft Office applicationsEnd Date: 12/07/2025Pay Range Minimum: $76,932.70Pay Range Maximum: $132,708.94The pay range reflects the minimum and maximum for the position at the time of posting and may be modified in the future. The starting salary/pay within the pay range will be based on several factors, as applicable, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, geographic location, shift, travel requirements, collective bargaining agreements, and business and organizational needs.
