We focus on a commitment to patient care, operational and clinical excellence, personal accountability, building relationships, and seeking out innovative and creative approaches to support our patients and teams.Position OverviewWe are seeking a dynamic and experienced Director of Project Management to oversee our project initiatives across our multisite healthcare model. The Director of Project Management will be responsible for planning, executive, and managing projects aimed at improving operational efficiency, enhancing patient care, and driving strategic initiatives across all sites.This is an onsite position working in either our Vancouver, WA or El Segundo, CA support offices.Key ResponsibilitiesStrategic Project Planning: Develop and implement a comprehensive project management strategy aligned with organization goals and objectives. Collaborate with senior leadership to prioritize projects and allocate resources effectively.Project Execution and Oversight: Lead the execution of strategic projects from initiation to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards. Provide guidance and support to project teams to facilitate successful project delivery.Cross-Functional Collaboration: Foster collaboration and communication across departments and sites to ensure alignment and coordination of project activities. Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, define project scope, and manage expectations.Resource Allocation and Management: Allocate resources, including personnel, equipment, and budget, to support project initiatives. Monitor resource utilization and make adjustments as needed to optimize project efficiency and effectiveness.Risk Management: Identify potential risks and issues that may impact project delivery and develop mitigation strategies to address them proactively. Monitor project progress and performance metrics to identify deviations from plan and take corrective action as necessary.Stakeholder Engagement: Engage with internal and external stakeholders, including executives, managers, staff, and external partners, to ensure alignment and support for project objectives. Provide regular updates and reports on project status, milestones, and outcomes.Continuous Improvement: Promote a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the project management function. Identify opportunity for process optimization, automation, and best practice sharing to enhance project delivery capabilities.Qualifications7+ years of experience in project management, with a focus on healthcare, retail, or multisite operationsProject Management Professional (PMP) certification preferredStrong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams to achieve project goalsExcellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skillsProven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize competing demands effectivelySound judgement and decision-making abilities, with a strategic mindset and attention to detailEqual Opportunity EmployerThis employer is required to notify all applicants of their rights pursuant to federal employment laws.
