About the job Salesforce Solution ArchitectJob DescriptionPurpose:A Salesforce Solution Architect is the project leader from the initial client engagement to the final delivery. They are responsible for the overall solution design and implementation of a project from concept to completion. They are experts in the Salesforce ecosystem in purpose as well as functionality with strong client relation capability (they make the complex seem simple).ResponsibilitiesMeets with clients to identify project needsDefines the overarching project solutionLeads discovery andsolutiondesignworkshopsWorks with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to define processes, functional use cases, and user experienceBreaking down large scale projects into manageable sprints of developmentDefines project deliverables and work products for sprint storiesOversees the overall progress on project developmentLeads decision discussions and recommendations on which Salesforce products to use based on analysis and researchPartners on architectural decisions and plans with Technical Architect and ClientLeads project implementation and milestone achievementsAssures project requirements are delivered according to solution designResponsible for the final configuration and implementation of the intended solutionProvides solution and/or platform-specific best practicesResponsible for the Solution Design DocumentStrengthsStrong communication skills (both verbally and visually)Strong attention to detailWell-organized and self-motivatedFlexibility to meet continuously changing priorities and challengesInterest in studying and learning new technologies and applicationsWell-rounded deep knowledge of Salesforce Platform and CoreSpecialized expertise in at least one of the following (CPQ, Commerce, Experience)Minimum Qualifications6+ years of experience with SalesforceBachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related fieldStrong knowledge of Salesforce technology platformUnderstanding of Business Processes and Functional Configuration required.Understanding of Solution Architecture methodologies and design patternsExperience with testing web applications, integrations, and mobile devicesDesired CharacteristicsEnthusiastic, self-motivated professional with a focus on building quality applicationsDriven by customer success with a team player attitudeAbility to lead a project team and guide project directionThrives in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environmentHighly motivated, hands-on and results-orientedExcellent listening skills to fully collaborate with team and Client to achieve successful outcomeStrong analytical and problem-solving skills #J-18808-Ljbffr
