They move incoming merchandise to the sales floor and create seasonal display features to meet customer needs. Responsibilities Assist customers by providing product knowledge and guidance. Organize and arrange merchandise on sales floors and displays. Maintain cleanliness and safety of work areas. Collaborate with team members to optimize merchandising strategies.
