The Role StarRez, Inc. is seeking a Senior Revenue Financial Analyst to join our Finance team. In this role, you will be responsible for revenue and topline metric reporting, including Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR), retention, churn, and bookings. You will also assist with revenue forecasting and support governance of reporting policies and standards. As a Senior Revenue Financial Analyst, you will partner closely with Go‑To‑Market (GTM) and Customer Operations teams to deliver budget vs. actual (BvA) reporting, scenario modeling, and insights that improve decision‑making. The successful candidate will provide a unique opportunity to strengthen StarRez’s forecasting and reporting capabilities while enhancing governance and consistency across Finance and Operations. What You Will Own Lead the preparation, tracking, and reporting of ARR, bookings, and other topline SaaS metrics on a monthly or more frequent basis. Apply judgment and analytical rigor to validate the accuracy of bookings and ARR reporting, ensuring alignment with contractual terms and revenue policies. Assist with the implementation and communication of reporting governance standards. Partner with Sales, Customer Success, and Professional Services to provide revenue reporting, BvA analysis, and scenario modeling. Leverage AI‑powered tools and emerging technologies to enhance reporting, forecasting accuracy, and efficiency. Provide recurring and ad‑hoc analysis of revenue performance, risks, and opportunities. Collaborate effectively across global departments to ensure accurate reporting and improve reporting processes, automation, and consistency. Assist in preparing monthly presentation materials for leadership, collaborating with Accounting and Business Intelligence to ensure organizational alignment. Support the VP of Finance and CFO with projects related to forecasting, reporting, and governance. Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Statistics, or a related field. 3+ years of experience in financial analysis, revenue reporting, or FP&A at a SaaS software company. Strong skills in Excel and financial modeling. In‑depth understanding of SaaS metrics (ARR, NRR, churn, retention, etc.). Experience with forecasting processes and variance analysis. Experience using Salesforce or another enterprise CRM platform.High attention to detail and accuracy in reporting. Preferred Qualifications Familiarity with BI or dashboarding tools (Tableau, Domo, or similar). Experience automating reporting and processes in Excel or other software. Exposure to revenue reporting and governance initiatives. Experience preparing presentations for leadership. Strong communicator with excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
