Duties:
- The Production Recruiting Specialist will direct and deliver all facets of the recruiting process for production roles for the Albert Lea, MN plant.
- You will use a sourcing and recruiting strategy designed for the plant, execute activities included in the hiring process and stay connected on local hiring needs to ensure effective and driven recruitment tactics.
Key Accountabilities:
- Execute recruiting strategies to support the plant's recruiting and staffing needs through various strategies and tactics.
- Partner with Business Human Resources leaders and Operations leaders on site to ensure alignment on hiring goals.
- Work closely with coordinator, compliance teams and other resources to ensure timely execution and completion of recruitment and hiring.
- Use internal analytics and metrics to resolve or improve upon recruitment practices, processes and strategies.
- Stay on top of recruiting trends and external practices to ensure we are effective and driven.
- Ensure successful candidates meet compliance with legal and company requirements such as Employment Verification, Country Specific Labor Guidelines, Background Checks, etc.
- Independently solve moderately complex issues with minimal supervision, while escalating more complex issues to appropriate staff.
- Other duties as assigned
