Hiring OTR CDL A Drivers | Solo Drivers and Established Teams
Our Drivers Deserve the Best Benefits
Solo OTR Company Drivers:
- Earn $2,000/week on average
- Up to $0.71/CPM base pay
- Including monthly performance bonuses
- 2,500+ miles/week average
- Bonuses:
- Accessorial and protection pay
- $35/extra stop
- $25/hour after 2 hours in detention pay
- Up to $200
- $200/day in layover and breakdown pay
- $125/day for orientation
- $50 additional pay for working key holidays
- Pet policy
- 1 pet per driver
Team OTR Company Drivers:
- Take home $5,000/week on average per team
- $0.45/CPM per driver base pay
- $0.90/CPM per truck
- Up to $0.97/CPM per driverwith bonuses
- 5,500 miles/week per truck guaranteed minimum
- Bonuses:
- +$0.05/CPM per driver in safety bonuses
- +$0.01/CPM per driver in fuel efficiency bonuses
- +$0.01/CPM per year for seniority
- Pet policy
- 2 pets per team
Shared Fleet Perks:
- 2023+ fleet
- Freightliner Cascadia, Volvo, Peterbilt, and International models

- Active 1st of the month after completing 30 days

- Paid in full once the referred driver is hired and completes their first trip
Requirements
- Must possess a valid Class A commercial driver's license (CDL A)
- At least 12 months of verifiable over-the-road (OTR) tractor-trailer experience
- Have a co-driver with less experience? As long as one driver has at least 12 months of Class A experience, your team qualifies to run
