*Clinical Social Worker/Mental Health Therapist*

Join a collaborative community of health care professionals dedicated to providing an exceptional standard of outpatient care in the assessment and treatment of child, youth, and adult behavioral health. North Shore Counseling Center is a respected private outpatient clinic north of Boston. Our dynamic practice has seen significant growth in professional and support staff designed to meet the growing need for behavioral health services.

The successful candidate is skilled and experienced in assessing a wide range of behavioral health conditions based on DSM-5 criterion, formulating and implementing evidence-based treatment plans, making appropriate referrals to NSCC’s medication clinic and other community-based services, maintaining a caseload and all appropriate documentation, and utilizing outcome measures including the CANS when necessary. Supervision is provided commensurate with level of licensure. Working 1-2 evenings per week is expected. A flexible schedule (hybrid model of in-office and remote) and assignment of clients enables you to create a balanced work life.

Full-time salaried and Part-time fee for service positions are available.
