Albany ENT and Allergy Services is seeking a full-time Audiologist to join our collaborative team. You will be responsible for diagnostic hearing and vestibular testing, pediatric and adult hearing assessments, and dispensing premium hearing instruments. At Albany ENT, Audiologists work closely with Physicians to ensure patients receive excellent hearing healthcare. The ideal candidate is friendly, confident, and patient-focused, comfortable with a wide range of ear pathologies. Requirements Master’s or Doctorate degree in Audiology, current state, and national certification. Certificate of Clinical Competence in Audiology (CCC-A) or eligibility preferred. 3-5 years’ experience in an ENT setting is strongly preferred. Excellent interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with diverse patients, colleagues, and vendors. Compensation The base salary range is $80,000 to $98,000 annually, depending on skills, education, experience, and qualifications. Audiologists are also eligible for commissions, averaging $15,000 to $20,000 annually. New hires may receive a $10,000 commission guarantee in their first year as a dispensing audiologist.
