Job Responsibilities for Homemakers: Perform light homemaking assistance, including help with personal laundry, meal preparation, and food shopping. Provide companionship Assist with maintenance of a safe physical environment Job Responsibilities for Personal Care Caregivers (Post-Training): Activities of daily living Range of motion / exercises Transfers / use of mechanical lifting devices Vital sign checks: temperature, pulse, respiration Home Management Tasks: laundry, meal preparation, bed making etc. Assisting with ambulation Medication assistance BAYADA recognizes and rewards our Homemakers and Caregivers who set and maintain the highest standards of excellence.
