Creative Gen AI Monetization team seeks a highly creative and technically proficient Model Fine-Tuning Creative Director. This role tailors and refines the output of generative AI models to align with the business's aesthetic, brand, style, and creative goals. It bridges the gap between technical AI capabilities and creative vision, collaborating with product design and product teams to deliver high-quality creative generation. This position offers a chance to shape the future of advertising creative content generation through AI, pushing the boundaries of technology and artistry.Required Skills:Design, develop, and implement strategies for fine-tuning generative AI models to achieve desired creative outputs and ensure alignment with creative and brand guidelines.Curate and preprocess high-quality, domain-specific datasets for fine-tuning, working with various fine-tuning techniques and platforms to ensure data quality and relevance for desired business creative styles or tones.Stay abreast of the latest advancements in generative AI, including research trends, new model capabilities, and emerging fine-tuning techniques. Explore and experiment with novel training methodologies to enhance generative model quality.Move quickly: Support teams to iterate rapidly and adapt efficiently.Develop and maintain documentation, best practices, and workflows for model fine-tuning and creative AI integration to support effective execution.Collaborate effectively with product design, engineering, and research teams to ensure scalability and efficiency, building relationships across teams and functions.Minimum Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in graphic or multimedia design, animation, fine arts, advertising, or digital media.12+ years of experience in consumer technology design and digital media.Strong understanding of social media, technology trends, and best practices across platforms.Experience managing multiple complex product launches, campaigns, and announcements on tight deadlines.Creative sensibility with the ability to translate aesthetic preferences into actionable fine-tuning strategies.Understanding of GenAI models.Effective communication and collaboration skills, able to work with both technical and creative stakeholders.Proficiency in data management and analysis.Preferred Qualifications:Experience in digital advertising, brand creative agencies, or media industries.Experience with model fine-tuning, evaluation techniques, and performance optimization.Familiarity with prompt engineering tactics.Public Compensation:$174,000/year to $246,000/year + bonus, equity, and benefits.Meta is proud to be an Equal Employment Opportunity and Affirmative Action employer.
