Responsibilities

• Perform regular walk-throughs of assigned properties to identify maintenance needs.
• Conduct repairs on HVAC systems, plumbing, electrical, and general building infrastructure.
• Inspect and maintain lighting systems, replacing bulbs and fixtures as necessary.
• Change HVAC filters and perform routine maintenance on heating and cooling systems.
• Install real estate signs as needed for property management.
• Respond promptly to emergency maintenance calls and provide same-day service when required.
• Keep detailed records of all maintenance tasks and repairs completed.
• Communicate effectively with property managers and other stakeholders regarding maintenance issues and solutions.

Qualifications and Skills

• Proven experience in building maintenance, with a focus on HVAC systems.
• Competence in plumbing, electrical work, and general handyman tasks.
• High school diploma or equivalent; relevant certifications or vocational training is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
• Excellent time management and organizational abilities.
• A valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
• Ability to be on-call for emergency maintenance needs.
