Foster a high-performance culture by mentoring and coaching team members.

Ensure an exceptional guest experience by addressing any complaints or concerns professionally. Communicate shift goals effectively and motivate the team to achieve them. Delegate tasks and oversee team performance during shifts. Maintain operational standards and compliance with company policies and procedures.

Supervise inventory, receive deliveries, and ensure products are well-stocked and positioned. Monitor food safety and quality standards throughout the shift. Collaborate with management to develop and assess shift goals. Utilize management tools to keep accurate records and reports.

Qualifications

At least 18 years of age. Reliable transportation is essential. Availability of 9 to 28 hours each week. Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.

Leadership qualities and organizational skills are preferred. Physical Requirements Ability to sit, stand, and walk for extended periods. Occasional bending, climbing, and lifting up to 50 pounds may be required. Effective communication skills in speech, reading, and writing.
