Bookkeeper/Office Assistant
This role involves a mix of bookkeeping, payroll processing, and general office duties.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform general bookkeeping tasks
  • Utilize QuickBooks or similar software (training provided for company-specific system)
  • Process payroll accurately and on time
  • Use Microsoft Word and Excel for documentation and reporting
  • Answer phones and schedule appointments
  • Maintain organized filing systems
  • Assist with day-to-day office tasks

Schedule:

  • January–April: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM
  • April 16–December: 2–3 days per week

Compensation:

  • $17 per hour

Qualifications:

  • Prior bookkeeping experience
  • Proficiency in Word, Excel, and general computer skills
  • Familiarity with QuickBooks is a plus
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Excellent communication skills
