Executive Chef Job Reference Number: 32413 Employment Type: Full‑Time, Onsite Segment: Dining & Events Brand: Constellation State: California (US‑CA) The Role at a glance We are looking to add an experienced, motivated executive chef for our Constellation Culinary team in Santa Ana, CA. As an executive chef, you will have the opportunity to work in an exciting Cultural Center with a fine dining restaurant and catered events What you’ll be doing Supervising the quality standards and practices of the food production process, including purchasing, food specifications, meal preparation, service, and sanitation. Developing standardized recipes and utilizing other production tools to ensure food quality and cost objectives are met. Participating in the planning and execution of special events. What we’re looking for Must‑haves At least five years of progressive culinary experience. Proficiency in Microsoft software programs. Experience with budget statements. Nice‑to‑haves Associate’s degree in culinary arts. Compensation Range Base up to $95,000 plus 5% bonus.
